About Me

My name is Lorraine Love and my aim is to help people to improve their health using herbs and nutrition. I live in the beautiful Isle of Purbeck in Dorset and am surrounded by many examples of our native herbs which our ancestors used extensively to take care of themselves. Hawthorn, Cleavers, Nettles, Chickweed, Dandelions, Marshmallow are just a few of the plants I use.
