30ml Organic Fennel seed infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Beeswax and Vitamin E

One of the symptoms of menopause can be vaginal atrophy. Fennel seed is full of plant oestrogens and can help to soothe and nourish the vaginal tissues and improve the pH. It is a great natural alternative to hormone creams.

There are several ways to make herbal infused oils but my favourite is a solar infusion and I like to use high quality olive oil as it has it’s own healing powers.
