Mouthwash Herbs

A classic combination of gentle but effective mouthwash herbs. Sage, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint and Thyme.

A safe and mouth freshening combination that supports the health of your gums and teeth without drying out your mouth and stripping it of good bacteria.

Most mouthwash contains alcohol which is too drying for your oral mucosa and can exacerbate many oral conditions. This blend of herbs can be used to make a strong infusion with hot water (like making a cup of tea only less water and more herbs to make it stronger and leave to infuse for 15 mins or more). It is less convenient than a conventional mouthwash but once you’ve made the infusion you can keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
